Across the country, Americans are bracing for the devastating impact of the Trump-GOP health care betrayal. Hospitals are laying off hundreds of employees, rural birthing centers are shuttering, and maternity wards are disappearing out of sight. Every day, hard-working Americans living in coastal cities and heartland towns are reeling from the decimation of their health care providers, all because Donald Trump and Republicans choose billionaires and big corporations over them. Just three months after the passage of the Big, Ugly Bill, nearly 600 providers are closing or at risk of shuttering and Americans are taking notice.
