Washington, DC — Yesterday, U.S. Senator Tina Smith (D-MN) introduced the Emergency Access to Insulin Act of 2019, a bill that would speed up the availability of insulin and drive down costs for the 7.5 million Americans with diabetes who rely on the medication to survive.
