Cheryl Wieseler owns a micro bakery in Decorah, Iowa. She and her husband, a carpenter, purchase their health insurance on the ACA marketplace.
Cheryl is already struggling to buy baking supplies for her business due to the GOP tariffs. Now, she’s worried that premium price hikes will compound her struggles. “Between higher grocery bills and skyrocketing insurance premiums,” Cheryl wrote in the Cedar Rapids Gazette, Republican health care policies “are hurting working families and small-business owners like me.”
